Private Practice
For the last 10 years I have had offices in W.L.A. and Santa Monica (where I am currently) working with individuals ages 18-80’s and with couples. I take anyone who is either in crisis, going through a life transition/loss, and/or who would like to learn more about themselves and have a greater sense of peace and wellbeing.
Modalities
I am trained in both traditional Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic theory and in alternative modalities such as Gestalt Therapy, Stress Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Meditation/Mindfulness, trauma and PTSD therapy and others.
I believe in using whatever works to help a person realize their own strengths and to encourage them to utilize new coping skills.
